Which messaging apps does Textscape support?
iMessage, WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Discord, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Line, KakaoTalk, Snapchat, WeChat, X (Twitter DMs), TikTok, Mattermost, Google Chat, and more.
How do I export messages from WhatsApp?
Open WhatsApp, scroll to the conversation you want, take screenshots, then open Textscape and import those screenshots. Textscape will automatically read and extract all the messages.
Why is my export missing some messages?
Make sure your screenshots cover the full conversation without gaps. Textscape stitches screenshots together in order — if a screenshot is missing or blurry, some messages may not be captured.
Can I export voice messages or media?
Textscape exports text content and metadata (timestamps, sender names). Attachments, images, and voice messages are noted as "[Media]" in the export.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel from there.
